As a member of the National Notary Association (Both the General and Signing Agent Sections), coulpled with my 12-year paralegal background, I provide an astute awarness   to the crucial details involved in all legal documents signings, (with the respect and knowledge of privacy and privilage) therby avioding delays  in processing and recordation. Signing Agencies, Lenders and Lawyers request my services because I undersdtand it is only "RIGHT" the "FIRST" time !

I travel an extensive mileage radius (+50 miles one-way) including San Diego County and southern portions of Riverside and Orange counties.I specializes in loan document signings, but am knowleagable of all legal document signings requiring legal document recordation. I am dedicated, professional and provide prompt, friendly and flexible services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. . Besides being a well-rounded, knowledgeable and legal professional.

                                   Availablilty & Rates

I am available 24/7 - I take off sunday when possible. My rates are standard for the profession. Some agencies and lenders pay more than others...I have built my business on quantity. I am a full-till Signing Agent and do perfect work. However, I am willing to be paid less than others. I accept email documents and witness piggyback loans for the standrard additional fess of $25.00 - $30.00 respectivly.
